Application instructions for right-of-occupancy housing:
Applying for a right-of-occupancy apartment is easy and fast! In most cases, we will send you a serial number and information on the apartment you are applying for already within a week.
- Apply for a serial number - fill in this form and we will send it to the City of Vaasa for processing. The City of Vaasa will notify applicants when they have issued a serial number.
- Fill in a housing application form - Fill in this form; please indicate your preferred area and apartment type in the application
- Include your personal information in the application. Check and submit the application.
- We will notify you by email when the type of apartment you are interested in becomes available.
