Right-of-occupancy housing is a more affordable form of housing than renting, and less risky than property ownership

• The only investment you will have to make is paying the right-of-occupancy fee, which will be set at 15% of the purchase price. The rest (85%) of the purchase price of the apartment shall be financed by an arava government loan or a subsidised loan
